Return Policy

Return Policy
You may return your purchased item for any reason within 7 days of delivery of your shipment.

Please note that:
1) We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Music Balcony.
2) We cannot accept the return of opened items (not in original condition), or items returned more than 14 days past delivery. 
3) A return item restocking fee may be charged to a buyer.

Using our Return Mailing Label A 
Canadian customer could ask for a prepaid return label by contacting Music Balcony.
If you return an item using a prepaid method obtained from Music Balcony and the reason for return is not a result of a Music Balcony error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customs and Duties
We are not responsible for any customs and brokerage fees that are charged by the courier company for international destinations. (Outside US and Canada)

Damaged Item
If you received a damaged (broken or missing parts) item, you must inform us within five days of delivery, and we will provide either a replacement or prepaid return label, and the return item will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that:
We do not take responsibility for and are not liable for any damage caused by using the products after the 3-day window from delivery.

Defective Item
If your purchased item stops working or has a problem or fault due to a manufacturing error that prevents the item from working correctly within 7 days from delivery, we will provide either a replacement or a prepaid return label, and the returned item will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that:
1) Our liability for defective items is limited to 3 days from delivery, and after the 3-day window expires.
2) Items must be returned in original packaging and with all accessories and parts,
3) Any returned item that is claimed to be defective will be inspected upon receipt, and if the item is not defective, the used item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
4) Any opened item that returns after a 15-day window from delivery is subject to a used item restocking fee.

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
The price of the item and any applicable taxes will be refunded in the original form of payment used to purchase it.

• If the item is returned unused/unopened and in original condition within the return window, or the buyer refuses the delivery, we will deduct up to 20% of the item price as a restocking fee.
• If an item returns damaged, with missing parts, not in the original condition or have visible signs of use for reasons, not due to a Music Balcony error, we will deduct up to 50% of the item price as a restocking fee.
• If the item is returned to us due to the wrong shipping address, being undeliverable, or being unclaimed by the receiver, we will deduct both the send and return shipping costs.
